The domain is located 30 km from Royan, on the Bordeaux-La Rochelle road, along the Gironde estuary.
It enjoys the micro-climate of the Charente-Maritime, one of the departments of the Poitou-Charentes-second sunniest region of France.
Soothing countryside, Estuary nearby, Saintonge vineyards and lights ... Many calls to serenity., just 25 km away from the islands and the sandy beaches. Surrounded by vineyards and fields of sunflowers , the house is located on the ' green route ' ,tourist route along the Gironde estuary . Staying on the same ' green route ', you can go directly to the beaches of Meschers -sur- Gironde, through Talmont -sur -Gironde or eat in the port of Mortagne -sur- Gironde. The surroundings of the house are lined with many tours hiking and mountain biking.
